By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following: 1. I will use the background search information obtained through the Provider's services for lawful and permissible purposes only. The User represents that they have a legitimate and legal reason for accessing the information. 2. I expressly agree not to use the obtained information for any prohibited purposes, including but not limited to stalking or harassment, unauthorized access, searching information about celebrities or public figures, or engaging in any activity that violates local, state, or federal laws. 3. I will treat all information obtained through the background search service as confidential and will not disclose or share this information with any third parties without the express written consent of the Provider. 4. I agree to take reasonable measures to protect this information from unauthorized access or use. 5. I will use the information obtained through the background search service solely for personal or legitimate business purposes and not for commercial gain. 6. I will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing the use of background search information, including but not limited to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and other relevant privacy laws. 7. I will accurately identify myself and will not misrepresent myself for any purpose. Misrepresentation may result in consequences, including but not limited to termination of services and legal action. 8. The Provider is not liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided. 9. The User assumes all risk of liability and releases and discharges the Provider, its agents, employees, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, or actions arising from the use of the background check services. This waiver extends to any consequences, legal or otherwise, that may result from my use of the information obtained through the Provider. In the event of any legal dispute arising from the services provided, the User agrees that the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any court proceedings shall be in the state of Tennessee. 10. The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspend services under conditions, including user violation of the agreement. 11. The Provider reserves the right to require the User to authenticate themselves to prevent unauthorized access.
